The Royal Flying Doctor Service is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world, providing extensive primary health care and 24-hour emergency service to people over an area of 7.69 million square kilometers.

The RFDS relies on donations to keep flying and saving lives on a daily basis and in particular, providing remote communities with clinics which otherwise would require people to travel hours to get medical and dental services. As a provider of significant benefit to remote and regional communities, AJ & PA McBride supports the RFDS to continue its medical support.
